Create Creates an item in the real workgroup (even though it has not been discovered by Designer) or the workgroup design. This is useful if you want to include an item, from your upload design, that is not currently present in the real workgroup / workgroup design. When such a device has been created, the item in the upload design is matched automatically with the new item created in the real workgroup / workgroup design.
