Input Unit 942 Mimic

The Analogue Input Unit has eight inputs, each of which is represented on the mimic as an icon. Inputs 1, 2, 3 and 4 can be configured as analogue inputs, and all inputs can be configured for digital input.

In Button mode, each input can cause a scene recall when the button is pressed momentarily, allowing use with non-latching switches. When a switch is clicked it remains closed for as long as the mouse button is pressed, but opens when the mouse button is released.

In Edge mode, each input can cause a scene recall on the rising and/or falling edge, allowing use with latching switches.

  • Click on an input to replicate its use.

  • Position the mouse on a button to view a tooltip that gives the name and setting of the button.

  • Configuration of inputs is done via Properties, see Subdevice Configuration.

  • Right-click on the mimic title bar to view the context menu.
