Monitor and Edit a Scene in Channel Graph

The Channel Graph displays the levels of the selected scene, and allows you to adjust these levels.

Adjust levels

Notes:

  • You must be in Online and in Editor mode to adjust the levels of a scene in the Channel Graph.

  • In Monitor / Live mode, you can adjust current light levels, but NOT scene levels.

  1. Select the scene for which you want to edit the levels. See Select a Scene for the various ways in which you can do this.

  2. In the Channel Graph, click and drag on the output level (the lower bar of each pair of bars)
    The length of the bar changes and the level % value changes.

  3. Click to apply changes.

Scene Editing dialogue

If you edit a scene, then click on a different scene without saving or discarding the changes (without clicking 'OK' or 'C'). The Scene Editing dialog offers three choices:

Store Changes (apply changes you have made to scene values (same effect as clicking 'OK');

Continue Editing Scene (so you can make multiple changes and store all changes later);

Discard Changes (to cancel changes and reload/reset the old properties)

Note:

  • You cannot use the Channel Graph to include or exclude channels from a scene. To do this, you must edit the scene in the Scene Table. For more information, see Edit a Scene in Scene Table.
