Upload Fails

Cause

• DIGIDIM encountered a communication problem, such as network failure.

• The lighting system A network of client PCs, routers, control devices, control gear, and lamps power failed.

Solution

• Upload a backup copy of the Workgroup Design A simulation of a Lighting System, which may or may not correspond to the devices in a Real Workgroup.. For more information, see Upload a Workgroup Design.

• Check that your firewall is configured to allow Designer to communicate freely with the lighting system.
